Our Work

Architectural Walking Tours

Our longest-running and largest program, SAF's Architectural Walking Tours connect residents and visitors to the dynamic environment around them. SAF offers nearly 20 tours year-round that celebrate our city's rich architectural heritage, from historic to contemporary.

Youth & Family Programs

Youth & Family workshops introduce K-12 children to fundamental design principles. From model-building workshops to walking tours and the opportunity to connect with industry professionals, SAF engages students and their families to build awareness of the environments in which they live.

Design in Depth Lectures

Our Design in Depth series brings together professionals, community leaders, and public audiences to engage with new design projects or explore evolving design practices. Topics range from sustainable building techniques to affordable housing and much more.

Architectural models, supported by the Seattle Architecture Foundation, are displayed on wooden plinths. They feature open-frame designs and natural material textures, all elegantly showcased under soft lighting.

Model Exhibits & Public Programs

Architectural Model Exhibits and other public programs celebrate the creativity of individual designers and firms by addressing relevant issues in the industry. These programs translate the complex design process into understandable forms for general audiences.

Sponsorship opportunities are offered at the $750, $1,250, $2,500, $5,000 and $7,500+ giving levels, with logo recognition beginning at $2,500.
