Join us for a behind-the-scenes tour of the new 41-story REN tower in Denny Triangle.  The tour will be led by lead architect, Rebecca Vargas, ZGF, and will include access to the lobby, a display unit, and a full Amenity Floor including a game room, private dining room, workspace, and an outdoor covered deck. The project’s unique design expression responds to both the site’s compact, triangular shape and its high-visibility location at the intersection of two city grids. The fluid form also takes cues from the shorelines of Lake Union and Elliott Bay.

This unique urban high rise features one, two, and three-bedroom units, with a clean and modern interiors palette inspired by nature. Elegant balconies add to the building’s distinct, dynamic form, offering residents ample outdoor space, daylight, and views. Material choice and detailing aid in solar shading, while the rotation of the balcony extension ensures residents can see more sky than typical apartment high-rises.

This event is the first of SAF’s 2022 Design Soiree Series. All proceeds support SAF’s mission of connecting the public to Seattle’s architecture, design, and history.
