Old is the New Green:
The Cobb and Skinner Buildings
Presented in Partnership with the Cascadia Region Green Building Council Seattle Branch.
 
Brett Phillips with Unico Properties will guide us through the lobby of the historic 1910 Cobb Building, (listed on the National Registry of Historic Places) which housed medical and dental offices but has undergone an adaptive reuse to luxury housing. We'll then visit the 1926 Skinner Building (a City of Seattle Landmark and home to the 5th Avenue Theatre) and learn how Unico has helped to make these two historic properties energy efficient and LEED Certified.
 
This tour lasts approximately 90 minutes at begins Downtown at 1301 Fourth Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101 at 11:00 a.m. or 12:30 p.m. Advance registration is strongly encouraged; walk-ups are limited to space available. Tour is $20 in advance/$25 day of/$10 for students.
